The only downside was that there were cobwebs in some places outside, the cinema room was confusing to set up as not the same as instructions provided and the coffee machine was properly cleaned. 4 months on Airbnb The garden and pool area were lovely and enjoyable once we cleaned out some leaves and insects. The layout of the house is spacious and well-suited for groups. However, the property was let down by a serious lack of cleanliness. It clearly hadn’t received a deep clean before our arrival as floors were sticky and dusty, cobwebs were visible on ceilings, and kitchen appliances especially the coffee machine was covered in grime. The bunkbed had stained bedding and was broken in the corner. The top floor beds had hairs on the bedding that was there when we checked in. Bathrooms were poorly maintained especially grubby shower heads in two of the bathrooms, and several areas of the house felt neglected. While the point of contact was responsive and polite, the overall condition did not match the listing photos. With proper cleaning and upkeep, this could be a great stay—but unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience despite paying a lot of money.

Maya and housekeeper Sam were very quick to respond to any questions. Swimming pool and the gym were great for different members of my family. Easy to get to. As soon as we walked in, we were amazed at how stunning the property was. Everything was immaculate and so modern. We all wish we could’ve stayed longer. Maya was really responsive and helpful with any questions we had. This is the best place I have ever stayed in and already thinking about how I can return again one day! I’d also like to say a huge thank you to the kindest most helpful person, Sam. She helped explain everything in so much detail and was always on hand if we had any questions there. The interior and the extra attention to detail made it look and feel like we were on vacation. How could you not fall in love with a cinema room, heated pool, jacuzzi, steam room, gym with massage chair, super soft pillows/ mattresses and the underfloor Heating!!! Take us back already! Our host was so accommodating and patient from beginning to end and informed us on how to use everything in mini videos. Some may need to consider how many toilets there are as the main shared bathroom doesn't have a loo so those without ensuites had to share the others ensuites toilet or go downstairs to the hallway toilet. Didn't matter too much for us as we were an all female friendship group, no couples. The housekeeper was great, met us on arrival and was at the end of the phone answering text questions before we went and during our stay. Would definitely like to go back and stay again !

Everything from the pool, and kitchen, the massage chair, hot tub - just made our stay so wonderful. Maya was incredibly response and friendly from the outset and we were met and shown around the house by Sam, who was absolutely lovely. If the weather is nice, there really is no need to leave once you have arrived, what with the decent sized pool and hot tub. Kids loved it. The cinema room has just about every movie you could imagine and took “movie night” to the next level. There is also a really decent gym and a fabulous BBQ area. Couldn’t fault anything and would highly recommend anyone to stay here for a few days. Thanks Maya.

Maya was responsive straight away when I had an initial query with the house. I later requested an early check in which they were really responsive about and could accommodate thankfully! Maya sent the details for Sam the housekeeper and Sam was absolutely brilliant!!! Sam assisted with check in and was so flexible about meeting us at the property - when we got there she gave us the grand tour and showed us how to use all the important elements like the coffee machine and pool! She was so enthusiastic and energetic - we loved her! We were sent videos of how to work different elements in the house which came in so handy with all the different gadgets to work! The pool- INCREDIBLE! The fact it was heated made a swim in March in the UK enjoyable and the hot tub was the perfect temperature- so easy to uncover and use as well! Will definitely be booking to stay here again!!!

Clearly a lot of thought has been put into the house and it is a fantastic space. Large bedrooms. 2 en- suites. Towels provided for the pool as well as bathrooms. Sam was incredibly helpful at explaining the use/ set up of everything. Would definitely book again.

The only downside was that there were cobwebs in some places outside, the cinema room was confusing to set up as not the same as instructions provided and the coffee machine was properly cleaned. 4 months on Airbnb The garden and pool area were lovely and enjoyable once we cleaned out some leaves and insects. The layout of the house is spacious and well-suited for groups. However, the property was let down by a serious lack of cleanliness. It clearly hadn’t received a deep clean before our arrival as floors were sticky and dusty, cobwebs were visible on ceilings, and kitchen appliances especially the coffee machine was covered in grime. The bunkbed had stained bedding and was broken in the corner. The top floor beds had hairs on the bedding that was there when we checked in. Bathrooms were poorly maintained especially grubby shower heads in two of the bathrooms, and several areas of the house felt neglected. While the point of contact was responsive and polite, the overall condition did not match the listing photos. With proper cleaning and upkeep, this could be a great stay—but unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience despite paying a lot of money.

Maya and housekeeper Sam were very quick to respond to any questions. Swimming pool and the gym were great for different members of my family. Easy to get to. As soon as we walked in, we were amazed at how stunning the property was. Everything was immaculate and so modern. We all wish we could’ve stayed longer. Maya was really responsive and helpful with any questions we had. This is the best place I have ever stayed in and already thinking about how I can return again one day! I’d also like to say a huge thank you to the kindest most helpful person, Sam. She helped explain everything in so much detail and was always on hand if we had any questions there. Every guest commented on how friendly she was and made sure that we had the most enjoyable stay. Thank you for being so amazing! The interior and the extra attention to detail made it look and feel like we were on vacation. How could you not fall in love with a cinema room, heated pool, jacuzzi, steam room, gym with massage chair, super soft pillows/ mattresses and the underfloor Heating!!! Take us back already! Our host was so accommodating and patient from beginning to end and informed us on how to use everything in mini videos. Service was immaculate and we highly recommended this amazing house to all our family and friends, it was worth every penny! We cannot wait to return! A million thank you’s!

Some may need to consider how many toilets there are as the main shared bathroom doesn't have a loo so those without ensuites had to share the others ensuites toilet or go downstairs to the hallway toilet. Didn't matter too much for us as we were an all female friendship group, no couples. The housekeeper was great, met us on arrival and was at the end of the phone answering text questions before we went and during our stay. Would definitely like to go back and stay again !

Everything from the pool, and kitchen, the massage chair, hot tub - just made our stay so wonderful. The communication from Maya and the housekeeper was fantastic, and having the housekeeper show us how everything worked was so helpful and she kept in touch over the weekend incase there was anything we needed.

Sam the housekeeper was absolutely amazing with helping us around the property and recommending things to do in Brighton. The indoor cinema is surreal, the garden is like paradise with the gym, pool, hot tub and Sauna. 2 years on Airbnb Maya’s house is fantastic. It is very stylish and is finished to the very highest standards. It is a great place to stay and we had the best time. Maya was incredibly response and friendly from the outset and we were met and shown around the house by Sam, who was absolutely lovely. If the weather is nice, there really is no need to leave once you have arrived, what with the decent sized pool and hot tub. Kids loved it. The cinema room has just about every movie you could imagine and took “movie night” to the next level. There is also a really decent gym and a fabulous BBQ area. Couldn’t fault anything and would highly recommend anyone to stay here for a few days. Thanks Maya.

Maya was responsive straight away when I had an initial query with the house. I later requested an early check in which they were really responsive about and could accommodate thankfully! Maya sent the details for Sam the housekeeper and Sam was absolutely brilliant!!! Sam assisted with check in and was so flexible about meeting us at the property - when we got there she gave us the grand tour and showed us how to use all the important elements like the coffee machine and pool! She was so enthusiastic and energetic - we loved her! We were sent videos of how to work different elements in the house which came in so handy with all the different gadgets to work! The pool- INCREDIBLE! The fact it was heated made a swim in March in the UK enjoyable and the hot tub was the perfect temperature- so easy to uncover and use as well! Will definitely be booking to stay here again!!!
