House Rules
Noise
Respecting the rules is of the utmost importance. The surrounding area prides itself on being a quiet and friendly community. It is especially important to have minimal noise when neighbors are sleeping (11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) and when arriving/departing the property. Feel free to have a wonderful time and enjoy the premises with small, intimate groups of respectful individuals.
However, loud music, noise, and large gatherings of more than 16 people is strictly prohibited. The properties are equipped with a noise-monitoring system (cannot be disabled or turned off). Disregarding the noise policy is a serious offence and will result in a FINE, notification to the police, eviction, termination of the stay, and/or the forfeiture of the full amount paid for the entirety of the stay.
Therefore, please respect the law and rules, and keep noise to a minimum.
Community Respect
Guests and visitors (authorized by property owners) must be respectful of neighbors and local residents. Mistreating or acting disrespectfully is strictly prohibited.
Registering Guests with Police
One of the requirements of the new law ruling Holiday Homes in Andalucia, is that guests have the obligation to sign a “Traveller’s Entry Form”, and to register to the National Police (or Guardia Civil) within the first 24 hours following arrival.
Guests will be sent a Self Check in form which they need to sign before or within the 24h of arrival.
Overnight Guest
If a guest intends to spend the night on the property, notification and approval must be provided during the booking and registration process to local police, as required per Spanish law.
Cleaning
There are several cleaning rules for guests to make your stay and that of the next visitor and your host memorable.
Remove all trash, wash your used dishes and cutlery, clean the BBQ when used, put used bedding in their designated area, and notify your host of any damages.
Most importantly, leave the property in the condition you found it. Following these guidelines can help ensure a pleasant stay for yourself and future guests and avoid unexpected cleaning fees.
BBQ
The BBQ is there for your use and recreational enjoyment, as with all appliances and amenities, you will find it clean on your arrival, with the understanding, it will be left clean after use. Please leave it as you have found it. A dirty BBQ takes a long time to clean causing inconvenience in the cleaning schedule. If the BBQ is not cleaned additional fee of 30 euros is applied.
The cleaners have set hours to clean the property. If the property is found exceptionally dirty or untidy after your stay, additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
We appreciate your mindfulness and adherence to keeping a neat environment.
Optional Housekeeping Services
For additional fees, extra housekeeping services are available. The housekeeper may cater to more individualized needs, with tasks such as ironing, personal laundry, cooking, or setting up a beautiful dinner.
Electricity & Utilities
Please be considerate of utility costs and switch off lights when not in use. When not in the home, please turn off the air-conditioning. As a deterrent to criminals after dark, we suggest leaving on a few lights when leaving the Villa.
Rubbish
Please use plastic bags for rubbish, tie them securely when full, and dispose of them daily to maintain a tidy environment. Otherwise, the warm weather may create unpleasant odors and attract unwanted insects. Housekeeping is not responsible for taking out your personal rubbish. For your convenience, our housekeeper, will provide directions to the nearest public disposal receptacle. Additional bins are also available throughout the city.
Please be respectful of the local recycling system. The color code makes it simple and fun!
Food Cartons/Tins = YELLOW BIN
Glass = GREEN BIN
Paper/Cardboard = BLUE BIN
Property Damage & Breakage
Please do not move the furnishings from their intended locations. Indoor furnishings are not allowed outdoors, since it may result in irreparable damage. If the property is damaged or furniture is broken, please inform the property manager as soon as possible. Once informed, the property manager will take the appropriate action to either repurchase or replace the damaged/broken item(s).
Check In/Out
Please respect the check in and out hours. Early check-ins (which are just as disruptive) and late check-outs – especially during peak season – can cause havoc to our change-over schedule. If you need early check in or late check out please contact the host to arrange before your trip.
Extra fee is charged per hour 35 euro for the apartments and 50 per hour for the villa.
Safe Box
For your convenience, the property includes a safe box.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. Smoke monitors are installed and fines apply to non-adherence of the no-smoking policy.

Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi
Please do not adjust the swimming pool temperature. If you need the temperature altered, please inform the housekeeper for assistance.
Due to sun lotions/sunscreens altering the color of the pool/jacuzzi water (yellow and green), showers are a compulsory requirement before entering either the pool or jacuzzi. Please be considerate of this rule, and take a shower prior to relaxing in the pool or jacuzzi.
BBQ & Grilling
Due to Spain’s climate (especially during the summer), please be mindful when utilizing the BBQ and other fire equipment. Our area, neighboring villas, and local wildlife were recently affected by fires, so please do not leave the BBQ and other fire equipment unattended.
Compliance
Failure to comply with any of these rules does not comply with the conditions applicable to the vacation rental agreement.
The owner and/or the manager has the right to end the guest's stay period, if they do not abide by the rules of this home or cause inconvenience to neighbors and other residents of the community.
